1. Who we are

Belgrave Consultancy is a trading name of Belgrave Management, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal. Company registration and tax number (NIPC): 518428338. Registered office: Rua Dra Maria Adelaide Moura Ferreira S/N, 6290-093 Passarela, Portugal. Email: info@belgraveconsultancy.com. In these terms "we", "us" and "I" mean this company and Mwata Belgrave, who runs it.

2. This website

The content of this website is general information from my experience. It is not legal, tax, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and it does not guarantee any result. The text, diagrams and design are protected by copyright.

3. Buying the guide

What you buy

The Software Is Not the Problem is a digital PDF guide of about 95 pages, including eight appendix tools printed in the PDF. Consultancy and reviews are not part of the guide purchase; they are agreed separately in writing.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Lemon Squeezy handles the order and payment and acts as the seller of record. It charges you, sends your invoice and handles VAT. Its own buyer terms apply to the payment.

Delivery

You receive a download link right after payment, by email, to the address you used to pay. If something does not arrive, email us and we will fix it.

Licence

When you buy, you get a licence to use the guide within your own organisation, for your own project. You may print it and use the tools. You may not copy, resell, publish or share it outside your organisation, or use it to teach or advise others, without our written permission. Consultants who want to use the guide with their clients need a separate licence.

Your right to cancel (EU consumers)

If you live in the EU and buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from your purchase to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email us with the email address you used to pay and your order number (it is on your receipt), and we refund the full price through Lemon Squeezy.

Not what you expected?

Beyond your legal right to cancel, if the guide is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Email us with your order number and tell us the reason. We look at every request fairly and reply personally.

What the guide is, and is not

The guide shares practical guidance from experience. It is not legal, tax, financial or technical advice for your specific situation, and it cannot guarantee a result. Your decisions, and what happens as a result, are yours.

4. If something is not as promised

We must deliver what we describe. If the guide is not as described, or the file does not work, tell us and we will put it right. You also keep your legal rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.

5. Our liability

We do our best to keep the guide correct and up to date. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

6. Questions and complaints

Please email us first at info@belgraveconsultancy.com. You can also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações, at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body for consumer disputes, such as the CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt). More information is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.

7. Law and changes

Portuguese law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your purchase is the one on the website on the day you buy.
