How I handle your data.
Short version: I collect only what I need to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and deliver what you buy. I do not sell your data, and this website sets no tracking cookies.

1. Who is responsible
Belgrave Consultancy is a trading name of Belgrave Management, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518428338), Rua Dra Maria Adelaide Moura Ferreira S/N, 6290-093 Passarela, Portugal. Email: info@belgraveconsultancy.com. In this notice "I" and "we" mean this company and Mwata Belgrave, who runs it.
2. What I collect, why, and on what basis
Contact form and email
Your name, email address, company (optional), subject and message. I use them to reply to you. Basis: your request, and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. I keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or any resulting work lasts, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Free ERP resources (readiness scorecard and project costing checklist)
Your email address, so I can give you the PDF. If you tick the optional box, I also send you follow-up emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email. Basis: your request for the tool, and, for follow-up emails, your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier use.
Bid Advisor interest form
Your email, your answer and any text you write about what you would expect. I use them to decide what to build and to tell you when there is something to try. Basis: your consent.
Buying the guide
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. It collects your payment and billing details, issues the invoice and handles VAT. It sends me the details I need to support your order. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy notice applies to what it collects.
If you message me on WhatsApp, I see your number and what you write. WhatsApp's own terms apply to the service.
3. Who else handles your data
- Hosting: this website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, it receives technical data such as your IP address when you load a page.
- Email delivery and lists: MailerLite, for the free tools and Bid Advisor emails.
- Contact form delivery: a form service that passes your message to my inbox.
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
4. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. For simple visitor statistics (which pages are read, from which country, on which type of device) it uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly service that sets no cookies, does not follow you across sites and does not store your full IP address or any personal profile. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. If that changes, I will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it. Links to other sites, such as Lemon Squeezy, Calendly and LinkedIn, are governed by their own policies.
5. Your rights
You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@belgraveconsultancy.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or to the authority in your own country.
6. Security and changes
I use reputable providers and keep access to your data limited. I may update this notice; the version on this page applies from the date shown above.
